The reason if simple they have been brought up to believe that the world is full of suffering and to seek happiness is tough and futile. Its a shame that this should be the case. The truth is far from what people have been made to believe. For one there is nothing like suffering or happiness in the first place. They are just human defined emotions. To live completely is to manifest ones dreams within for that is the true purpose of ones existence. Do you think Einstien forced himself to think. Did he discover the theory of relativity through preserverance of the serverest nature? If you have read about Einstien you would realize that for him thinking came naturally. The word to look out for in the previous sentence is Naturally, which means as nature demanded of him. It was inbuilt in his nature and he manifested it. Whereform did this concept of suffering and sacrifice for success came in is astonishing. You really dont ever need to suffer, please dont confuse working hard with suffering for nothing can be far from truth. When you see a programmer tapping away at his keyboard for hours together there are two kinds of assumptions that can be made. One, that the programmer is suffering and sacrificing his life for his work to be accomplished or for success in his job and two that the programmer is so interested in his job or that programming comes so naturally to him that its difficult for him to forfeit his job even for a minute. To seek the truth its better that you go ask the programmer how he feels about his work. If his reply is that its a vocation for him something which he is into for his monthly salary with which he would pay his bills well you can be sure of one thing he is no success and that his work will lack creativity. He is definitely sacrificing his happiness and health for he is doing something he hates. Did he have an option ? of course he did, everyone does. We all have a choince to execise the freedom of will and freedom to choose. Einstein choose to live a simple life and did what came naturally to him. One thing we should understand is the wealth bring happiness to those who seek out wealth as a source of happiness. For those people who seek happiness in art, wealth is of no significance. For a programmer it is vital that he enjoy his job for it requires creativity. Its not a factory work where in a worker get himself into a routine for a certain sequence of actions, there is no creativity required there and its mostly a sense of toiling hard for a living that keeps the worker engaged in his profession, so long as he is happy doing hes manifesting his nature and there will be no friction, he will be healthy and loving. If a programmer hates his job of coding hes in real trouble cause his brain will cease to function logically when hes at his computer and he will end up straining himself and when he sees his friend tapping away at the keyboard with the abandond he will feel inadequate and will experience a sense of incompetence. For a man being good at his job is vital for that is his source of pride and fulfillment. What is required is to draw away for the age old philosopy of suffering to earn a living and start living to naturally. A man who lives naturally is always full of energy and requires no doctor every week. He will not worry too much about his state of affairs for he working at something which comes naturally to him. Fear of performing is an issue of vital importance in the circle of phycologists of the world today. The recieve several cases wherein the patient feels hes not good enough or that hes a failure. The advice they give is that he have courage and confidence which is stupid. It is the other way round, courage and confidence are the precipitants of the chemical reaction which results from doing what one likes. It is impossible to develop confidence in a work which you hate and its only fear of the unknown which keeps a person from quitting such a work. The fear mostly engulfing people is the fear of not being able to living a wealty life. Frankly this whole concept of being wealty is foolish. A man is rich as long as he feels rich and he would feel rich only when is happy about his circumstances. Wealth should always be a something which is gained as a result of being the best at whatever job one is into. A wealth so earned cherished and to my knowledge a person who enjoys his work is never concerned about his financial affairs for they take care of themselves and he always feel abundant. One can find ways of generating wealth in any field so why restrict yourself to doing something you hate. It a once in a lifetime chance because you live only once and its futile to feel pity for oneself and seek others for help for it doesnt work out that way.

the reason we fail

The reason we fail

If you ask me "can a person accomplish anything he wants in his life?" my answer would be no he cant. He can only accomplish those things which mean a lot to him, for which he has the drive and interest, for which there is a strong internal or external motivation. Provided the above factors are fulfilled a human has the potential to accomplish anything under the sun. Then why do we limit our potential saying that we are not capable enough. The feeling of inadequacy is the main reason why people lack confidence in themselves and go about leading a latent life. A human has no reason to believe that he is inferior to anybody else because he is a powerhouse who has the capacity to accomplish anything HE WANTS. Please notice that I emphasize on the words "he wants". Only if the feeling is strong and the motivation high can a person accomplish a task at the level of a genius or else the result would be mediocre. People who are not interested in their jobs always under perform their potential and when they see their colleagues, who are genuinely interested in their jobs, get promoted or appreciated they feel envious or frustrated which is natural. This feeling of frustration about our capacity to produce results causes a avalanche of negative feeling to brim within us. We not only wallow in self pity but in the process produce thought which can get embedded in our neural system and have ever lasting effects on our habits. If you only understand the fact that you are underperforming not because you don’t have the capacity but because you don’t feel motivated enough or you don’t find any sense in what you are doing. If you hate maths you can never be a good engineer and if for some reason you end up in the field of engineering, more because of circumstances than your own will, then you will definitely underperform because you are wasting tons of energy getting yourself to do what you internally hate and because of which your creative energies which never flow. In the class you will be labeled an average student. You being a person who is influenced easily by what society thinks of you, which was the reason you ended up in engineering in the first place, which label yourself average. So as your life proceeds you will do what average people should do, you will look for an average job which definitely does not do justice to your potential, you will look for an average pay all your life and end up doing a very mediocre and average job because of which you will be labeled an incompetent worker and you will learn to accept it for a fact that you are incompetent. Your shoulders will always be hunched, you might start stammering, you might end up with addictions, you will always look towards others for help in everything, well I hope these characterstics don’t define you cause if they do then you are living a hellish life, a life influenced by the society.

Well so much for the problem analysis. But it was important to analyze the problem because every problem has a solution and proper analysis always leads to a solution.
The root cause of this problem was lack of motivation. Now when does a person become motivated? when he has a strong enough reason to work. The reason could be monetary gain, respect or fame. In most cases however it’s the feeling of accomplishment. If you feel that doing something is a waste you would never do it.
